WHAT IS "GRAIN CLEANING"?

Different end users of grain require different specifications for the product they are using. Some of those specifications are foreign material content, damage, test weight, germination, other grains, and more. Our system allows us to sort grain of lower quality to remove the undesired material resulting in an end product that is suitable for the customer's use. 

We proudly serve customers in the food and seed industries. Our job is to provide grain that meets and exceeds our customer's expectations.

Our process allows to do the following

  • Remove Foreign Material

  • Sort by size

  • Remove damaged grain

  • Increase test weight

  • Increase germination

  • Remove split seeds from soybeans

  • Remove mycotoxins (vomitoxin, aflatoxin, ergot, etc.)

  • Remove off-color grain
